Manuel A. Falcon-Lopez, 22, of West New York, New Jersey was arrested late Thursday night for attempted murder and illegal weapon charges as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the Hackensack Police Department, under the direction of the Officer-In-Charge Thomas Padilla, with assistance from the county's Gang Unit.
The arrest is the result of a year long investigation that began on April 19th, 2009, with a shooting in the City of Hackensack, New Jersey.
