Going by the speculations, the Huawei Mate 10 will flaunt a bezel-less, full-screen display.

Huawei has started sending invites for a device with 10 sketched in the background of the invite. Recently, a render surfaced online, showing off the almost bezel-less design of the handset.

Huawei is working on a Mate 9's successor, rumoured to be named as Mate 10.

The Huawei Mate 9 was an excellent all-round device but also much unappreciated mainly due to the low brand influence of Huawei in the west.

Huawei Mate 10, which is the company's next flagship phablet, will be unveiled in October and fans are already on tenterhooks to see what the next iteration of the phablet brings in.

Our first hint at the design of the Huawei Mate 10 came from none other than the CEO of Huawei himself. The 3D renders give a peek into what the upcoming Huawei flagship might look like.

Moving beyond the bezel-less display, it also looks like the rear of the Huawei Mate 10 will feature a brushed metal finish, again improving the look of the smartphone compared to the Huawei Mate 9. Mate 10 has a battery capacity of 4,000 mAh.

What will the Huawei Mate 10 feature? The invite also shows the date and place for the launch event, October 16, 2017, in Munich, Germany.

"The Mate 10 series will surpass Apple's iPhone 8 as our phone will have much longer battery life, a full-screen display, much faster-charging speed, much better camera and photographic capability, as well as much better overall user experience", remarked Richard Yu. Not only will the phone be one of the company's most expensive offerings, but it will also be one of the most powerful devices of the year as the Kirin 970 is also the company's most powerful chipset produced.

In fact, we knew this phone was most likely coming soon, thanks to several leaks and teasers about the upcoming device.
