More specifically, it starts today on PS4 for those who pre-ordered the game, while those with Xbox One pre-orders can get stuck in from tomorrow. Bungie is launching the beta of their new entry soon, hoping to show off the new features they've included. Nothing we do in the Beta will carry over to the final version of the game on September 6.
You'll need to fill out the form, which will be in a different language, but it is identical to the order of the form in English.
Unlike the one for the first Destiny, the beta will not include any open world patrols but at 6pm on Sunday you will have a brief chance to try out The Farm social area.
What is in the Destiny 2 beta?
It's set to be one of the biggest sequels this autumn, but you can play Destiny 2 this week - if you join the beta.
Countdown - This new mode is Destiny 2's take on Search and Destroy. There will be one strike titled "Inverted Spire" where you will face off against the Vex and finally, there will be two PvP modes: Countdown and Control. If you're of a more forgiving, rational, and benevolent nature, however, then there's every reason to be excited about Destiny 2-and indeed, the Destiny 2 beta, which starts today on Playstation 4. Everything you need to enjoy the content available in the beta will be put front and center. More information is certainly about to come out of the game as players dive in. Content wise, you can expect to play the first mission of the campaign titled "Homecoming", where you will fight your way out of the Cabal invasion. Control is played on the Endless Vale Map. The Destiny 2 beta is nearly in your hands; all you have to do now is open up your new account's network store and head to the demo section. It's a heart-pounding, intense moment that makes me wonder what else Destiny 2 has in store. Bungie is aware of the following problems, but you can report other issues to the developers through the Help forum found here.
