Centre provides over Rs 1 lakh-crore aid to Telangana: Amit Shah

On a day when BJP national president Amit Shah addressed a party meeting in Hyderabad, his ally TDP's national chief N. Chandrababu Naidu attended the annual conclave of his party's Telangana unit in the city.

At around 23,000 booth committees of the BJP have been formed across Andhra where Shah will be offering a roadmap for the party workers in order to strengthen the party in the state.

"Not a single promise made in the AP Re-organisation Act has been fulfilled by the BJP government at the Centre".

Despite the crisis faced by the TDP in Telangana due to many top leaders and legislators switching loyalties to ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) over last three years, Naidu flew down to Hyderabad to address party's annual conclave to boost the morale of the party cadre.

"So, when Narendra bhai comes to Visakhapatnam in July (for the BJP's national executive meeting), light up your houses, decorate them with rangoli, burst crackers and make it a festival".

On Shah's three-day visit to Telangana, Owaisi said, "The BJP President is on Telangana tour.there's sudden love (that he has developed) for Telangana".

He rejected Shah's claim that the Centre had allocated Rs 1 lakh crore to Telangana, and insisted it got only Rs 24,000 crore.

BJP head Amith Shah is making rounds in Telangana state and Andhra Pradesh state as well to combine the people of BJP together and guide them to rule out possibilities of their win in coming election of 2019. Seven crore youths availed of loans under Mudra Yojana for self-employment and job provision.

The Chief Minister pointed out that his government increased monthly salary to some extent to Asha and Anganwadi workers of he Centre. He noted that the BJP was the largest political party in the world with a membership of 11 crore. And since the state's formation till date, we have received only Rs67,390 crore through central devolutions. Central ministers, foreign diplomats and other state governments have also appreciated the state's progress, he added.

"I am telling you Mr (Narendra) Modi and Mr (Amit) Shah.mark my words.we will ensure that BJP is defeated from Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat".
